Pension and social payments
Your pension or social assistance is unpaid or miscalculated.

What to do
Find out the reason
Contact the relevant authority (Pension Fund, social protection department) and ask about the reason for the delay or the amount calculated.
Submit a written request
If a verbal request did not help, submit a written request asking for a reply within the legally set deadline.
Gather supporting documents
Prepare copies of your requests, the authorities' replies, and income or status certificates — you will need them for an appeal.
Contact the Ombudsman
If the violation is not resolved, describe the situation via the hotline, online cabinet, or a public reception office in your region.
The Ombudsman exercises parliamentary control over the right to social and pension provision and responds to non-payment, delays, or incorrect calculation of pensions and benefits.
