Report corruption
The Secretariat of the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine cooperates with persons who report in good faith on possible facts of corruption or corruption-related offenses and other violations of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption" committed by employees of the Secretariat. Those who provide assistance in preventing and combating corruption are under state protection.
You can send a relevant message, which contains information about a specific person and contains factual data that can be verified, as well as supported by evidence. All communications are reviewed by an authorized staff member of the Secretariat in accordance with the requirements of the law.
The message must have the following details:
- last name, first name, patronymic of the person who allegedly committed the offense, his position;
- the text of the notification, which contains detailed information on the facts of committing a corruption offense or an offense related to corruption, another violation of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption", which can be verified;
- last name, first name, patronymic, address and signature of the person who sent the message (author of the message).
Requirements for anonymous reports of corruption and the procedure for their consideration are determined by part five of Article 53 of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption".
The information in the notification on the facts of violation by the officials of the Secretariat of the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption" must contain one or more of the following features:
- violation of the restrictions on receiving a gift provided for in Article 23 of the Law;
- failure to take measures to prevent and resolve conflicts of interest;
- violation of the restrictions established by law on the receipt of benefits, services and property by public authorities and local governments;
- violation of the requirements for restricting the joint work of relatives provided for in Article 27 of the Law;
- violation of the requirements for restrictions on combination and combination with other activities provided for in Article 25 of the Law;
- non-compliance with legislation on ethical conduct;
- violation of the requirements of financial control provided for in Articles 45-46, 48-52 of the Law;
- violations related to the organization of work to prevent and detect corruption;
- violation of the requirements for conducting a special inspection provided for in Article 56 of the Law.

Sample form of notification of corruption
Oral notification of violation of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption" by the staff of the Secretariat can be provided by telephone (anonymous hotline for reports of corruption) at the phone number: (044) 298-70-75.
The Anonymous Corruption Reporting Hotline is open Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 18:00 and Friday from 09:00 to 16:45 (lunch break from 13:00 to 13:45).
Please note that the reporting of knowingly false information entails liability under applicable law.
In the case of reporting information anonymously, a dash is placed in the appropriate columns.
