IDPs and destroyed housing
Registering IDP status, IDP payments, compensation for housing.

What to do
Register or check your IDP status
Submit an application to be registered as an internally displaced person if you have not done so, or check the status of your existing certificate.
Resolve payment issues
Contact the social protection authority about calculating or resuming IDP payments if they have been suspended or not paid.
Document the housing damage
Contact the local self-government body to record the damage — this is needed for future compensation, including through the "yeVidnovlennya" programme in the Diia app.
Contact the Ombudsman
If your rights are violated — inaction by authorities, refusal of payments or registration — file an appeal via the hotline or cabinet.
The Ombudsman responds to appeals from internally displaced persons regarding registration of status, obtaining payments, and protecting the rights of owners of destroyed or damaged housing.
