What to do
Record the circumstances
Note the date, place, the recruitment centre involved and the nature of the violation; gather witness statements or documents if possible.
File a written complaint
Submit a complaint to the unit commander or the recruitment centre; if force was used, also file a report with the police (102).
File an appeal with the Ombudsman
Describe the situation and attach any evidence via the online cabinet, hotline, or a public reception office in your region.
