What to do
Describe the situation in detail
Record where, when, and on what ground the unequal treatment occurred, and who witnessed it.
Gather evidence
Save documents, correspondence, advertisements, or other materials confirming the discrimination.
Contact the responsible person or institution
If possible, notify the management of the organisation where the violation occurred and demand that it be remedied.
File an appeal with the Ombudsman
Describe the case via the online cabinet, hotline, or a public reception office in your region.
The Ombudsman oversees compliance with the principle of non-discrimination and equal rights and opportunities in Ukraine.
